Walked in around 10am needing to get a new(used) car and a trade in taken care of. Salesman (Jack) listened to what I asked for, only showed me vehicles that matched what I told him I was looking for, and didn't try to upsell me anything out of the price range I gave him at the start. Drove out in my new(used) Jeep Renegade a little after 1pm with the exact monthly payment I asked for and $1000 less down payment than my limit. Great team all around

Everything was done exceptionally well. From start to finish, Chris Bonesteele took my request for a new F450 Limited Super Duty and ran with it. My purchase was a factory order using the X Plan. After talking with two other local dealerships to my location that said they would help, one of them was very reluctant to tell me they would help and by their tone I could tell they didn't want to help. I received a letter in the mail saying I had a recall part on my vehicle. I called and got an appointment within a week. I was also having problems with my aliment they took a look at the front end and fixed it too. So far I haven't had the pull I was having. And they gave me a discount. Very Thankful!!
The pick-up/drop off service is very nice. But every time I bind the car in for something, the service department tries to convince me that the car needs new brakes. She got new brakes a year ago. Please stop trying to sell me something I don't need.

As soon I pulled up Jeff was came out and immediately treated me like family. He wasn’t pushy and made the process smooth and fun. He had Chris the manager look at my truck and Chris was able to hook me up with a great price for trade in. Matt in finance was awesome! That guy is definitely a down to earth guy. He somehow made the finance part of this deal actually enjoyable and fun. Bellingham Ford better hook these guys up with some raises and promotions.

My vehicle was having a hard time being diagnosed. After two expensive parts being replaced it didn’t fix the problem noise. Manager Jason called and told me that’s not ok to not be fixed after two things being fixed. After one more visit to the service guys, they didn’t know what the problem was and had to talk to Ford Engineer guys. Sabrina was wonderful to work with. But it’s Ford company that has not recognized a defect in their Ford Escape that is causing me to buy a new engine. At an incredibly high price, $12,000 to $15,000. There is a class action lawsuit to show this is a problem. Rairdon’s is the company that sold it 5 months ago and won’t help either. It had to have already started. But Sabrina is an asset to the company.

My intention was to "just look"... but when I met Edison he was so open and gave me space. The entire process was seamless and I did not feel pressured at all. I am proud to say I own a 2024 Ford Bronco! Matt in Finance was great to deal with and made the process easy plus some good hockey stories to go with it.

Very nice fellow and I love my truck! But the initial price was lower (due to vehicle chosen) in the end it all costed more than I first thought. The other thing was (that made me give a 4/5 instead of 5/5) was… there are a lot of folks who bought vehicles and a photo is shown on FB of them with their new vehicle… I guess it would have been nice to have been offered a FB photo opportunity. Otherwise very nice fellow!
During the last 18 years, I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership. They have always treated me right. Bones is a great salesperson and did a great job for us, as he did in 2015. I am a FORD guy and this is the place to go in Bellingham.

Didn't put the skid plate back on my truck. I drove around all day with it dragging. Granted they replaced it..almost a month later. And gave me a couple of free oil changes. Tire sensor went out. They wanted to charge me almost twice as much as a different place. Mediocre at best. Edit: This appointment went much better. The young lady who works in the Service Department was friendly and knowledgeable. No issues.
I didn't even have to come into the dealership until it was time to pick up our new truck. Everything was done electronically and was very quick. Hospitality here was great, everyone was friendly and made me feel excited about my new purchase. Thank you Ford family.
