With pressing work scheduled on remote mountain logging roads requiring a reliable vehicle, mine was experiencing a battery charging issue. I diverted to Bellingham Ford Lincoln, described the symptoms to Service Advisor Trevor Hare and Master Technician Ken Beam, which they quickly and accurately diagnosed. I recently purchased a lightly used vehicle from Bham Ford. They performed the first services for free but forgot to let me know the water pump was leaking. I followed up and the service center and my salesperson, Isaiah, went above and beyond to get my water pump repaired. Isaiah could have disregarded my situation but instead he went all out to ensure I was taken care of. He has been excellent to work with and if you are in need of a vehicle, I highly recommend him.

Twice now I have used Bellingham Ford Service Dept. My used EV Ford Mustang was not purchased there. I wanted to connect with a local Ford dealership. Both times I have needed minor services done, I have been pleased with the folks in the service department. I thought Felix was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable.

Just bought a used Mini Cooper Clubman from Bellingham Ford. While they don't specialize in Mini's, our sales rep, Jack Barton did his homework and sold us a great car at a good price. There was no pressure, just good info and all the help we could use to make our decision. Just purchased a new Ford Maverick. Isaiah and Bones were great to work with. Isaiah answered all questions and was very personable. Bones made all of the paperwork run smooth. Not pressured at all. Looking at a second purchase and will definitely work with both Isaiah and Bones again.

I was satisfied of the service. However it took about 1 hour and 45 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation. They did give me a free car wash, so that was appreciated.
Service was quick and efficient. They charged me the reasonable price that was originally quoted. The person who served me at the counter was very friendly and attentive. Very pleasant waiting room, which accommodated me for the short hour I spent there. And my car has a nice, new battery in it. I couldn't be happier.
I had a potential issue with my truck, which can cause anyone some anxiety. Luckily, Cody was able to fit me in almost immediately. And he was extremely communicative and generous thorough out the whole process. His honest customer service will keep me coming back!
