SIX MONTH OR 6000 MILE NO HASSLE LIMITED WARRANTY

Thank you for the privilege of allowing us to serve you here at BELLINGHAM FORD LINCOLN. We are proud to offer the following "Six Month or 6000 Mile No Hassle Limited Warranty". For a period of six months or 6000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the date of purchase, we will provide the following services as further stated in this agreement, with no questions asked. Whether it is mechanical work, paint and body work, glass, tires or routine maintenance, we will participate in the cost of repairs. Please preset this Limited Warranty to our service advisory for prompt attention to your needs. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.
Mechanical & Maintenance 50/50 - All mechanical and maintenance work will be done in our shop on a 50/50 basis. We pay half - you pay half of whatever you want done on your vehicle, parts and labor.
Paint, Body, Sublet (Tires, Upholstery, Glass, Etc. - We will pay 25% of all paint, body or sublet work placed through our shop. Sublet bill mist be paid in advance.
Extended Service Agreement Deductible - During the warranty period (six months or 6000 miles, whichever occurs first), BELLINGHAM FORD LINCOLN will be responsible for one-half of deductibles for extended service agreement claims on work done by our shop.
Duration - All work covered by this Limited Warranty must be completed or at least written on a shop repair order within six months or 6000 miles (whichever occurs first) of purchase. Only work to be done by our shop or sublet placed by our shop will be covered. Customer must keep this document and preset it to a BELLINGHAM FORD LINCOLN service advisor for all work done.
This Limited Warranty covers the initial owner and is not transferrable. Work performed will be done at normal retail rates. Higher mark-ups or service or parts specials will not be allowed. BELLINGHAM FORD LINCOLN will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from loss of use of this vehicle arising from the runability of this vehicle, or participate in the repair of damages caused by accident or neglect. The warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. The IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABLITY applicable to this vehicle and any other implied warranty is limited in duration to the duration of the Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts to the above limitations may not apply to you.
